How do I know what class is best for my dancer?

DanceSpace offers FREE Trial Classes in order for families to TRY different options. Also consider the *age of your dancer and experience level.

*DanceSpace follows Adams 12 and SVVSD age/grade cut-offs (October 1st). We want our dancers to be in class with their peers and students the same age.

What age do classes start?

DanceSpace offers classes for ages 18 months-Adult. There is truly something for everyone!

Can I watch classes?

Several of our studios offer one-way glass viewing windows. In addition, we offer multiple in-class performances throughout the year to "show-off" all that our dancers have been working on.

What does my dancer wear?
We offer an extensive Student Guide detailing appropriate attire for all classes. You can also see the suggested attire in the class description in Dance Studio-Pro.

*Is this a month to month commitment?
We hope that our dancers take advantage of the full curriculum running Aug-June to maximize their experience. Our last date to cancel class for the 23-24 season is January 22nd.

*U&Me, 2's in Dancing Shoes, and Adult Jazz Funk are all session based classes with 4 sessions offered through the season.

Will my dancer perform in a show at the end of the year?

All dancers age 3 and older are invited to participate in our end-of-season Concert. Participation is not mandatory, but highly encouraged. Our show is a wonderful event for the dancers and audience members alike, celebrating a great season of dance. Concert/costume fees are due mid-November and are non-refundable.

How are payments made?

DanceSpace uses a convienent online autopay system through DanceStudio-Pro. Once registered, you are able to enroll in the autopay system and see all payments and charges. In addition, you can purchase Concert tickets, register for summer camps and classes, and purchase DS spirit wear.
