Competitive Teams
DanceSpace is proud to offer two nationally recognized competitive programs that create opportunites for dancers at all levels of training.
DanceSpace Crew is for those dancers wishing to have more performance opportunities and gain competitive experience with less time or financial commitment. DanceSpace Crew competes at three local competitions, represents DanceSpace at local community events, and performs in the DanceSpace Concert in June. Crew dancers receive their classroom training in addition to their weekly rehearsals in their chosen disciplines.

DanceSpace Performance Company is composed of dancers committed to a rigorous training schedule in all disciplines of dance. Performance Company requires members to take classes in all genres rather than selecting desired disciplines. DSPC dancers participate in several conventions and competitions during the year, attend a required Nationals every other year, take classes from guest artists throughout the year, and participate in our Young Choreographers Showcase.
